The Credit Union office reopened for business on Wednesday 22 July. Office hours are: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am – 12 noon and Fridays by appointment only between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Members or prospective members who wish to make an appointment should email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01259 214200 during office hours.
For the safety of volunteers and members, the Credit Union will be taking all appropriate precautions, for example, only one member at a time will be able to enter the office, and everyone will be expected to wear a protective face covering and observe physical distancing. All members are asked to observe the official guidelines to stay safe and healthy.

Payments to savings and loans, made via a bank, are being processed as normal and members can still contact us by email at email@example.com.
Members who have already set up a Bank Transfer Mandate can still withdraw savings direct to their bank account by sending us an email request.
If members wish to set up a standing order or online payment it is essential that the following information is used:-

The Credit Union account number: 00111461
The Payment Reference: Member surname and credit union account number ( this number is essential to ensure that money goes to the account of the member who sent it!)
