Until further notice the Credit Union office at 8 Bank Street, Alloa will be open on Wednesdays 10.00 -12.00 for essential appointments & on Fridays 1.30 – 3.30 for advance appointments & ONLY for: Membership Applications – Loan Applications- Loan Collections- Bank Transfer Mandates.

For the safety of volunteers and members, the Credit Union will be taking all appropriate precautions, for example, only one member at a time will be able to enter the office, and everyone will be expected to wear a protective face covering and observe physical distancing. All members are asked to observe the official guidelines to stay safe and healthy.
Payments to savings and loans, made via a bank, are being processed as normal and members can still contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Members who have already set up a Bank Transfer Mandate can still withdraw savings direct to their bank account by sending us an email request.
If members wish to set up a standing order or online payment it is essential that the following information is used:-
The Credit Union bank sort code: 80-05-28
The Credit Union account number: 00111461
The Payment Reference: Member surname and credit union account number ( this number is essential to ensure that money goes to the account of the member who sent it!)
