The Credit Union office at 8 Bank Street, Alloa will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays 10.00 -12.00 & on Fridays 1.30 – 3.30
An appointment is NOT required but we ask that no more than two people be in the office at one time.
Please wear a face covering in the office.
Payments to savings and loans, made via a bank, are being processed as normal and members can still contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Members who have already set up a Bank Transfer Mandate can withdraw savings direct to their bank account by sending us an email request.
If members wish to set up a standing order or online payment it is essential that the following information is used:-
The Credit Union bank sort code: 80-05-28
The Credit Union account number: 00111461
The Payment Reference: Member surname and credit union account number ( this number is essential to ensure that money goes to the account of the member who sent it!)
